When selecting Local Collection as your preferred delivery method you are accepting the following terms & conditions. Please do not attempt to collect until you are provided with a confirmation that your order has been prepared and is ready for collection. Our open hours are above.

If you are planning to send a third party courier to collect your order please notify us prior to ensure your item is packaged suitably for the delivery. In the event that a third party has been sent to collect your order we will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process. All items will be quality checked by us prior to dispatch to ensure there are no faults or issues with the product(s).

Please feel free to contact us via email prior to placing your order if you have any questions regarding our delivery policy and times.

The order will be delivered to the delivery address you have specified at the checkout page and we cannot take any responsibility for the delivery address being incorrect.

Packaging

We try to be an environmentally conscious business and we try to recycle most of our packaging, therefore your item/s may not arrive in a brand new box we may reuse the box it came in but we will ensure every box is fit for purpose. We will also reuse any filling packaging i.e. paper, bubble wrap etc..

Returns policy

We hope you love your order but we understand that it isn't always the case. If you decide you would like to return your item or if it arrives damaged or faulty please let us know by emailing info@graysathome.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If your item is damaged or faulty please include photographs and a description in your email please.

We hope you’ll love your order but if not, just notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at info@graysathome.co.uk or call us on 07359238085. Please make sure that when returning your item it is returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Should you receive a faulty or damaged item we will aim to send out a replacement to you, if this is not possible then we will confirm this with you and arrange a refund. Please do not dispose of damaged or faulty items or their packaging unless advised to do so by us.

You are responsible for arranging the cost of your return for unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked courier service as we are not liable for any lost items sent to us by return.

Once we have received your return we will process your refund minus the original postage cost and any courier charges and if you have requested one, release your exchange. Please Note. Your refund may take up to 10 days to show in your account.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
